Weekly Letter February 25, 2015

Friends and Family,

This week has been full of excitement and anticipation. Tomorrow I will be leaving Rocky Mount and will be going to Beckly, West Virginia! I'm thankful that I have been able to spend six months of my mission here in Rocky Mount, and I absolutely love this place and am super sad to be leaving. But I am looking forward to bigger and better things.
Also on the 27th will be six months! It is absolutely crazy how fast time goes by!

I heard a quote this week, from Ralf Waldo Emerson. It said, "The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be." As a missionary this is an incredibly true statement! But I also think that it has application for everyone else to. When you think about it, the only person holding us back from our goals are ourselves.

I love you all. Thanks to everyone for everything! Have a Blessed day!

And some farewell to Rocky Mountain, Virginia pictures:

Sister Angell and I. She was one of the inactive members we brought back. One of the sweetest ladies ever.

The Martinsville District. The one with the southern tie is Elder Combe.

Brother Wilkins and I. He's a member that we went out with a ton to teach people! he is one of the greatest men on this earth!
