Family and Friends,

This week has been another great one! The only not so great part has been the weather. Thirteen degrees and windy. I guess it's alright though. My philosophy is that it could always be worse. But all the same I still want the warm weather back. Just last week it was fifty degrees and sunny!

Tomorrow is transfers, so that means that this is my last day with Elder Cowley. I love the guy to death but excited for the change. I will get to stay here in Rocky Mount for another six weeks. So that means that I will be here for six months. But I don't think I could possibly ask for a better place to stay! Elder Cowley will be going to Morgan Town, West Virginia to train a new missionary. My new companion is going to be Elder Combe!!!!! He was one of Elder Cowley's former companions. From what Elder Cowley has told me about him it sounds like it will be a party! (But not a party party, cause missionaries aren't allowed to have those...) But I know if I try my hardest to stay obedient that the Lord will bless me in all that I do.

This last weekend we went on exchanges with the missionaries in Martinsville. It was my first time spending the night out of Rocky Mount in four and a half months. It was nice to get out of the area for a couple days. And see the rest of the world. We should also be having a baptism here in a few weeks. The date our investigator, Cheyenne, has scheduled is February 28th. But she will most likely move it up even sooner!

I hope everything is going well! Thank you all for your prayers and letters, it means a lot to me.

- Elder Jarman
